Rooms and staff are nice. Street noise is very annoying and the hotel is located on the sleaze street .. from the window one can observe what ladies are available and how they work the customers - didn t bother me, however, my female Thai companion felt threatened. Guests are mostly europeans.

It was clean, and staff were efficient and helpful. It s also convenient to many places (eg. Royal Palace) we wanted to see. We d stay there again. Before we went, we read other travelers comments that taxi drivers couldn t find the hotel; we downloaded the map available in Thai language and had no problem.
This booking service was very helpful and organized, and we appreciated the e-mail confirmations.

Clean and well equipped rooms. Good location in walking distance to Grand Palace and Khao San road.

Big denifit for this hotel was the central location. To visit Grand Palace or Lying Buddha(Wat Po) we take 10 minutes. Khoasan Road by walking 10 minutes. The hotel was very okay for good budget.

Great location, close to lots of the famous temples and just a stone s throw from the Chao Phraya and Khao San Road, but not easy to find even with a map printed in Thai. Downsides were the abundance of annoying taxi and tuk tuk touts, and the very plainly furnished room, which felt more like someone s flat instead of a hotel. (oh, and I found the list of items provided in the room along with their price - I assume to deter pilferage - sort of jarring)

Arrived at hotel which is down an side street. Receptionist was rude, went to rooms, which were basic, not the cleanest.
during our stay asked the receptionist about several tours and directions to Grand Palace, was of no help, was a struggle to get her to book a tour for us. No maps to get to any of the attractions.
breakfast was the worst breakfast i have ever laid eyes on in a hotel. The fruit was hot and tasteless, no cereals, cold scrambled eggs,only choice was toast.
i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, that fact that it is down a side street made it unsafe at night. Staff rude, food bad and rooms basic and not very clean. Go somewhere else.
