Friendly staff(familyrun hotel, mow with 3 floors), priceworthy, we ve stayed here befor and like it!
Have recomended the hotel to friends, and are going to udse it again
Offer from Sawadee had breakfeast included but the voucher said no meals. Probably computer generated, if not staff at Sawadee needs reminder.

We really enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Nice restaruant nextdoors. And itยดs close to everything, the beach also. The hotel also arranged transportation from and to the airport. Nice and smooth. We will surely come back.
Everything went without problems with quick answers via email.

Karon Place is a very clean well apointed motel positioned only a few minutes walk from Karon Beach. The management are very pleasant extremely helpful & something that I found unusual could converse in english quite well. There isn t anything that I say that would improve this motel except maybe there isn t a dedicated english speaking movie chanel on the satelite system.
I originally tried booking my accommodation through other online agencies but both of these were terrible to deal with . Sawadee.com by contrast were terrific, worlds apart from the others. Thank you Sawadee.

Karon Place hotel was a positive surprise. The hotel was a good value of money, clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Food at the hotelยดs restaurant was very good, especially Thai dishes.
Hotel has got a good location near the Karon beach and at a walking distance from the beautiful Kata Beach.
I can recommend this hotel, I really liked staying there.
Excellent and quick service. No problems at all. I have used this site before and I will use it again when planning a new trip to Thailand.

The room is pretty spacious, large balcony, & simple toiletries are provided which is rather surprising for a budget hotel like this.
