We came by car and had no real problem finding the hotel, especially because we recognized the building from afar and there were signs directing us to the hotel. The splendid building is situated in an old and abandoned living complex, which makes it uneasy to take an after-dinner walk. In February there is not much to do in the hotel, no BBQ, lunch or dinner buffets. It looks like this hotel is used for one night stays. The hotel has a very fine swimming pool and hot spring baths, there is a fitness center and inexpensive massage facilities. Evenings were spent at the karaoke lounge where a fixed group of girls would sing a number of songs. Service at the hotel is okay, the room is fine although the bathroom has a poor and old appearance. Also toilet paper was not replenished on time. Dinner could be better, most of the time the ordered meals were not delivered simultaneously and at one time I already finished my meal at the time when my wife got hers. Given the price we pay for the room I would have expected better. Still I would recommend this hotel for people coming to the Ranong area as there is little much else to choose from. |

Lovely western style hotel, with thai friendliness. Fabulous hot pools in the hotel complex. Good buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend. |

Nice hotel, friendly staff, location quite calm, though more a 3-star-hotel in my opinion. Rooms might need an upgrade, look already a little bit outdated and run-down. Corner rooms slightly better than standard rooms though the royal princess suites (1BR/2BR) looked far superior to the rest of the rooms, should be worth the surcharge (stayed in corner room but checked out a suite and standard room too). |

Very good quality for the price. Very nice staff.
Hopelessly muddled at reception though. Forgot the airport pick-up, tried to give me a much lower type of room that booked and paid for. Tried to make me pay twice on departure! Surly and unhelpful. Most probably someone s daughter!! |
