Very cosy and comfortable. The free tuk-tuk service is a great help for those who are 1st time there and are keen in exploring the town.

Very good, friendly stuff who helps for all we need (get a new flight - the first was cancelled). Fine food at restaurant, clean and nice room! Free shuttle to shopping center and also free airport transfer! that s a real good place to stay !!!

Staff at the front desk as well as all the other staff were most helpful. The complimentary tuk tuk service to the town centre was indeed very convenient. Couple of things I think should be improved is: the breakfast spread & the layout of the food. Warmers placed at the bottom do not seem to be lighted. Toiletries in the bathroom should include shower gel, shampoo & conditioner as most hotels do. Coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Despite the minor hick-ups, would consider returning on our next trip.
