Positives: Hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Nice pool. Room was nice and bathroom large and clean. Negatives: Buffet breakfast not up to the standard of the hotel, and bad selection of TV channels, but these are minor complaints! Overall, a nice place.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Napalai. Our deluxe room with balcony overlooking the swimming pool area was very spacious and was definitely worth the extra money. I have been travelling for a few months now and I would say the staff at Napalai are amongst the friendliest I have encountered, although not much English spoken. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to live there. Hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to either of two beaches or fishing village and taxi stand directly opposite hotel entrance. Also, there are some new shops and restaurants just across from hotel. Tip:- Minibus service (green taxis) into Hua Hin only costs 10 Baht per person and terminus is about 5 minutes walk from hotel (compared to up to 200 Baht for normal taxi).
Service as good as ever. I had to book an extra night here and had confirmation within a few hours.

Napalai resort, an elegant small resort, rooms are new, staff friendly, a little bit hard to find even though the staff talked to our thai driver. Nice stay.
