Phetchaburi province, it is just one and a half hours
drive south of Bangkok, and mid-way to the popular beach
town of Hua-Hin.
Haad Chao Samran is a traditional fishing village. As
destinations like Hua-Hin become increasingly congested,
it is growing in popularity with visitors familiar with
its quiet charm and local attractions.

traditionally designed air-conditioned villa offers
everything you would expect from a hi-end boutique
resort.
1. Coral Spa
For a pampering experience that is simply divine, the
weary urbanite can indulge in an array of over 30
treatments for a complete physical, mental and spiritual
rejuvenation. Coral Spa offers both European and
traditional Thai spa treatments. Treatments can be
enjoyed in the spa suites or at the open-air gazebo
facing the Gulf of Thailand.
2. Beluga
During the fun-filled stay, guests will be bound to work
up an island-sized appetite. Fortunately, satisfaction
is just a scenic stroll away. Our indoor and alfresco
dining establishment features western, Thai and seafood
dishes. A room service menu is also available for
in-villa dining. In addition, the panoramic and
mesmerizing backdrop of the Gulf of Thailand will

under green lights during a nighttime trip. Afterwards

Nature simply comes alive if you wish to escape to Kaeng
Krachan National Park, Thailands largest national park
where the only sounds you hear will lull you into serene
meditation birds, rustling leaves. gentle streams and
thunderous waterfalls. Impossibly large and teeming with
wild animals and birds it's a nature lover's paradise.
The park is home to a large variety of the country's
bird species such as Great Hornbills and little Spider
Hunters.
Explore fascinating nature trails with our day trip
programs to the park. The view of the sunset here is
priceless. Another bird watching paradise is at Laem
Phak Bia which is only 20 minutes from the resort.
5. Golf
This vast and lush region is also a golfers dream come
true as it is home to at least 7 best-kept, most
picturesque and challenging golf courses in this part of
the world. Thailand's oldest course: the Royal Hua Hin
Golf Club, the Springfield Royal Country Club and the
Palm Hills Resort and Golf Club are within easy driving
range and we can arrange for you to tee-off at the
course of your choice.
6. Culture Escapade
Exploring Phetchaburi is like going back in time as it
has retained much of its rustic flavour. The towering
temples, hidden caves and majestic palaces have survived
the ravages of time allowing culture vultures to soak in
its colonial architecture in abundance. The resort's
custom designed Tuk-Tuks (three-wheeled open-air motor
vehicle famously used as Bangkok taxis) are available
for sightseeing trips to around Phetchaburi town.
For trips further afield, take one of our
air-conditioned vans to beautiful sites like the seaside
Marukataiyawan Royal Palace or Khao Wang, the palace on
the hills.

Haad Chao Samran
Located near the town of Phetchaburi on the western side
of the Gulf of Thailand, Haad Chao Samran is a
traditional fishing village.
With a population of just 1,000, it is devoid of the
neon and noisy trappings of other popular beach areas,
yet boasts several kilometers of unspoiled white sandy
beach, and a year round temperate climate.
The Town of Phetchaburi
One of Thailand's oldest towns, Phetchaburi was founded
in the 11th century. For many years, it was an important
cultural and trading center. During the 19th century,
King Mongkut built a summer Palace overlooking the town.
Today, the town serves as a day trip and a rest stop
destination for travelers en-route to Cha-Am and Hua-Hin.
The town has many interesting sites, including Royal
Palaces and 30 Mon, Khmer and Ayutthaya style temples.
As the provincial capital, Phetchaburi has excellent
facilities, including countless shops, local Thai and
seafood restaurants, and a recently launched department
super-store.
Climate
The dry season is between December and April and
features pleasant weather conditions.
Tropical monsoons, or afternoon rain showers, are a
feature of the rainy season between June and October.
Average temperatures vary from 26.5° C to 30° C, with
the mid-day highest temperatures in March and April
reaching around 33° C.
The sun shines all year round, even during the rainy
season.
Transportation
The capital city of Bangkok is just 123 kilometers or a
one-and-a-half hour drive away.
Hua-Hin International Airport is less than a 40-minute
drive away. It is served by direct flights from Bangkok.
