Lovely room, was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite. Very close to Khoa San Road. A lovely hotel.

Very good hotel, exclusive and nice. A lot of space. Two big pool-areas.Situated at the 11th floor of a big shopping mall. Very nice breakfast. Quite comfortable rooms, great view. Far away from the skytrain and underground. You have to pay 300 TB if you want to use the fitness center.

Some of the personal in the reception does not speak English very well. We did not get a confirmation that we booked a larger room, although we emailed the hotel twice. The staff was not co-operative when we are in a hurry in the morning to get to the airport, instead they slowed down the process.

Exclusive hotel, big and spacious. Quite comfortable rooms. Grand view. Two nice pool areas. Located on the 11th floor of a shopping mall. Valuable breakfast.
Minuses: far away to skytrain and underground, sometimes hard to get a taxi, the staff in the reception doesn t speak English well and were nt co-operative when we were in a hurry to check out.

Nice place, maybe a little bit too nice. I found it too stiff for me. And it is a shame that everything is so expensive, even fitness and jacussi. Not good.

Excellent Hotel located in the old Bangkok, immersed in markets and channels.
Discrete the rooms of the tower C.
in my previous residence was in the A tower and the rooms are certainly better.
Breakfast excellent and varied-staff always available and kind.
Certainly come back but only if I have a room in Tower A

The hotel was good but the country is not a place to go, unless you eat ham/pork and drink alcohol.

I reserved a double bedrooms suite for me my wife and my two kids. The room was incredible ! Really comfortable ! best value I found in Bangkok. Bobae tower for the shopping, 2 swimming pool for resting. A excellent breakfast in the morning. A great staff to guide you. Whoa !! Excellent !! I use to come in Bangkok often for my business and I am sure I will come back to this hotel again. If you come with your family, just close your eyes and jump in !!!

Good location for visiting the old city. The hotel was great,good food. We had the good view from our suit. Will be back again for sure.

It was out thrid stay at the Prince Palace Hotel, i like the hotel and the brekfast is great, the swimming pool is very nice.
The only draw back is that the cab drivers
do not seem to keen to go to the hotel if you are to far away. We found this on a number of times and it was a real hassle.

Very nice huge hotel, with congress facilities, two pools and fitness/spa center. Fantastic breakfast and rooms in the heart of Bangkok.

Easy to book, everything was arranget and ready when we arrived at the hotel.
