Room dirty (trash left in trashcans, used earbuds, for instance) Room dingy and dark. One third of a roll of tissue with no backup. Bring a flashlight to read. No hot water in sink. This was a DeLuxe room, by the way. Desk help incredibly incompetent and obstructionist. Rude to my co-traveler because he was young and Thai. Think Motel 6 room, with attitude. I ll never go back.
Airport transfer was fine both ways.

I am very pleased with my stay in this hotel. It is really close to the new airport (10 min by taxi). The rooms are well appointed, and the food is good. Most of all, the staff is very attentive and friendly. Will come again.

Excellent service. I missed my booking during the airport occupation period (I could not come to Bangkok) and was credited for the next booking.

I arrived on a late flight from Perth and was picked up at the airport, taken to the hotel 10 minutes away. All staff were friendly and couteous. The room wwas clean and well maintained( hot water for shower) The outside KTV went on till midnight but it was good to get a drink and relax there before sleeping, Airport drop was good , Generaly I would recommend it for a short airport stop over.Hoping to stay ther on the way home for one night

Hotel provided nice bit of luxury before leaving next day after a number of fairly downbeat hotels. Transfer to airport very efficient. Music and beer festival held up to 2am at front of hotel made sleep difficult, however this kind of thing happens everywhere

This is the second time that we stayed at this nice hotel. Overall we rate it excellent in all areas. The staff is very friendly, helpful and does an excellent job in all respects. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use website and excellent response from the booking service. They double checked the arrival time of our flight to ensure our pick-up at the airport.

Pick up service was great after 24 hours of travelling, to have someone standing there with a sign with your name on it was great.
room was nice, great spot for our stopover

Helt greit, men typisk asiatisk, mellomklassehotell, med rimelig buffet-lunsj 150 baht pp.
Perfekt beliggenhet til flyplassen med gratis transfer-buss (4-5 minutter). Et utmerket valg hvis du skal avgarde tidlig om morgenen med fly.
Noen rom har gratis WiFi fra nabo-bygget. Sjekk dette for du kjoper passord i respepsjonen til 200 baht/time.
Grei frokost fra kl 06. Stor ala-carte meny i restauranten. Roomservice. Ingen shoppingmuligheter i umiddelbar naerhet, ta taxi til Seacon sqare (ca 120 baht).
Dette var vaert vart andre besok pa Grand Inn Come, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.
