Product Warranty, Return, and Change
- All products that has been ordered via us will get fully warranty by product's manufacturers. If the product is malfunction, you can directly return to manufacturer or the manufacturer services center or you may return back to Shop4Thai. Warranty is covered only the product itself, not including any transportation charges which will be the buyer expense.
- If product is damaged because of the process of manufacturing, you can change that product by inform us within 5 days from the tax invoice date (This policy is depended on each manufacturer or each product distributor). Please go to Contact Us page and contact the technical support. Please do inform us your Order ID.
- Shop4Thai will not accept any return or change of products in all cases.
